For time:

90 Shoulder-to-Overheads, 95/65 lbs

80 Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20 in

60 Sit-up (medicine ball)s (alternating each rep)

50 Power Cleans, 115/85 lbs

40 Toes-to-bars

Run, 800 m (400m ea. 1 person works at a time)

*Reps are split up however, only one person can work at a time. Other person rests.
