Barbell Conditioning:

Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:

E: 6 Muscle Snatches, 75/55 lbs

O: 3 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls + 3 Bar Facing Burpees, 75/55 lbs

 

Conditioning:

For 3 cycles: 2 Minute rest between each

AMRAP in 4 mins of:

2 Hang Squat Cleans, 140/95 lbs

6 Toes-to-bars

8 Kettlebell Swings
