SFH Overnight Oats



Hey guys!


As most of you know CFW sells a variety of Stronger. Faster. Healthier. (SFH) products at the gym. One of them is ‘Fuel’ which is an “anytime” protein supplement. I know it is hard for majority of people to have time to eat in the morning before working out or going to work. These overnight oats are quick way to enjoy breakfast and get the most out of your nutrition!

If you have not heard of overnight oats, then let me give a quick explanation. Overnight oats are a no-cook method of making oatmeal. Instead of the usual throw your oats in the microwave or on a stove, you simply mix rolled (old-fashioned) oats with liquid (milk, water, almond milk) and whatever other add-ins you may like and let them marinate in the fridge overnight.

When you wake up in the morning, the oats are perfectly creamy and dense and taste amazing! Personally I like them better cold as well. You can throw on whatever toppings you’d like; bananas, strawberries, dried fruit, coconut shavings, peanut butter- whatever floats your boat!

The easiest container to put these in, are the 12 oz mason jars. Perfect size and easy to store/ carry around!

Here is my recently favorite recipe that has only 4 ingredients! Enjoy!


Things you will need:

  • Measuring cup
  • Spoon
  • Mason Jar


  • 1 scoop SFH Coconut Fuel (or any protein you have)
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or whatever liquid preference you want)
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats

And then you mix it all together, leave in the fridge over night, wake up, put some toppings on & ENJOY!
