1 Snatch Deadlift
1 Snatch High Pull
1 Hang Snatch (above knee)
If you are comfortble in an OHS, perform a squat snatch for the hang and the snatch.
Increase ea. round if able.
100 Seated Delt Raises (15/10)
*every break perform 5 rear felt flies
Focus on maintaining internal torque with each rep of the Seated delt raise.
