Movement 1: 100m Sled Drag (70/55)
Movement 2: 12 D-Ball/ Sand Bag OTS (100/50) (RX+ 150/100)
Movement 3: 100m Double KB Carry (53/35)
One person Rows for max Meters while other works. Switch on the rower when partner has completed their task.
You must complete 2 rounds each person of each movement before moving to the next.
