WOD 1:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
10 Burpee (Over Medball)s
20 Wall Ball (Partner)s, 20/14 lbs
30 Partner Med Ball Situps
Medball Toss Run, 200 M
Switch each rep.
(Partner A goes then B goes after each rep.)
WOD 2:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
80 Box Jump Overs
80 Pull-ups
80 Goblet Squats
80 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-pulls
Break reps up however you want between each other.
(Partner A works while Partner B rests.)
