WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 30 minutes:

Two partner team.

 both partners begin with a 400 m Run.

THEN

 One partner begins 40 Air Squats while the other Squats and holds at the Bottom. Once the 40 are done, they switch.

Next one partner begins 30 Wall Balls while the other Front Squat and holds at the bottom. Once the 30 are done, they switch.

Next one partner begins 20 Sit-up (abmat)s while the other does V-ups. Once the 20 are done, they switch.

Next one partner begins 10 Burpees while the other does Plank Hold. Once the 10 are done, they switch.

After each round of the above, both partners finish with a 400 m Run
