One person working at a time. Partners complete the run and row in intervals of 250m. The grasshopper and squat box jump reps are divvied up however the partners choose. While one person does grasshoppers, the other must hold the top of a ring dip. While one person does squat box jumps, the other holds a barbell (95/65lbs) at the mid-thigh position of a clean. Distance or reps for each exercise must be completed before advancing to the next exercise.
