While Partner A works, Partner B:

Squat Clean- Bar Hang

Pull Ups- Front Rack Hold

BBJ- Plank Hold

If any partner has to rest at any time, the other must completely stop working until both are ready again.

For example, if B drops from Bar Hang, A must stop Cleans and wait till B is back on the bar.

Run is together. Both partners must be in, in order to start working again.

Burpee Box Jumps are Facing the Box and not jumping over.
