Rest 1:1 Ratio. No resting between movements. Rest after each round.
-No resting in Squat position with sandbag.
-Each length of gym = 1 Rep for sandbag Carry.
-Must be continuous bicep curl; no pausing or using hips.
-One you come off bar for T2B you’re done.
-Once you come off wall for Handstand Hold look at clock to see how many seconds you did for your “reps”.
